One of Reset’s latest clients is leading provider of kidney care services, DaVita UK, part of the global DaVita International Group. This announcement signals Reset’s expansion into the private healthcare sector.
Headquartered in London, DaVita UK deliver kidney dialysis services to more than 250,000 patients across 14 countries alongside kidney health education and support for people managing chronic kidney disease.
Driven by a commitment, dedication and desire to improving clinical outcomes and enhancing patient care, DaVita UK has ambitious plans for continued growth across the UK. To support them with these objectives, Reset will provide a comprehensive contractor and supplier management solution that will deliver robust control of contractors and improved visibility across their 27 UK-based sites.
The rollout includes the installation of Reset Access terminals and Reset Access mobile badges across all sites to enable a streamlined, self-service, check-in process for their contractors and suppliers alongside Reset’s digital Permit to Work solution. Together, these technologies will help strengthen safety, compliance and operational efficiency across their geographically dispersed estate.
The implementation process is already well underway with key engagement and training activities planned in the coming weeks to support a smooth transition. On 4 August, Reset will host a contractor presentation session for DaVita’s contractors and suppliers. This session will provide attendees with a detailed walkthrough of the system, while also giving them an opportunity to ask questions ahead of the ‘go-live’ date.
In addition, several dates are already in the diary for DaVita UK’s estates team to attend online training sessions which will cover all components of the Reset system in-depth to ensure they maximise its capabilities.
Gary Duce, Managing Director at Reset, said: “We are proud to be supporting DaVita UK and their contractors and suppliers as they look to grow and expand their services across the country. This partnership also marks a very exciting phase for Reset as we expand into the private healthcare sector.”
